OFFICIAL RULES OF MEMECOIN MADNESS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

These Official Rules govern the Daily Tournament and Daily Side Quest promotions (each a "Promotion"). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all prizes are subject to verification of eligibility, identity, and compliance with these Official Rules before being awarded.

DAILY TOURNAMENT

Promotion: Daily Tournament

Entry Restrictions: The Promotion is open only to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. The Promotion is not open to persons located in, resident in, or otherwise subject to the laws of any jurisdiction designated by the Operator as a Restricted Jurisdiction. The Operator does not accept entries originating from such jurisdictions, and each entrant represents and warrants that they are not located in or resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction when participating.

Restricted Jurisdiction: Any jurisdiction where participation in the Promotion or use of the Services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or sanctions, or that appears on the Operator's geo-block list maintained for legal, regulatory, compliance, or risk management purposes.

Promotion Period: Starts at 01:00 AM ET (1:00 am Eastern Time) on 14 September 2026. Ends at 11:00 PM ET on 21 September 2026. The Promotion consists of 7 Tournament Days. The Promotion is open continuously throughout the Promotion Period, except during the daily maintenance window from 11:00 PM ET to 01:00 AM ET, when the Site or parts of it may be unavailable and no predictions, submissions, or votes may be placed. A "Tournament Day" is each daily session from 01:00 AM ET to 11:00 PM ET. All markets, voting, and daily competitions (including the Side Quests and creator prizes) for a Tournament Day close together at 11:00 PM ET.

Free Play Stack: At the beginning of each Tournament Day, every eligible entrant will receive an identical allocation of 20,000 units of free play credits (“Play Stack”). The Play Stack (i) is provided free of charge, (ii) has no cash or monetary value; (iii) cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or exchanged; (iv) cannot be redeemed or withdrawn; (v) may be used solely for purposes of leaderboard scoring in this Promotion; (vi) expires automatically at the conclusion of each Tournament Day and (vii) resets to the same allocation for all entrants at the start of each Tournament Day regardless of prior performance. The Operator may, in its discretion, grant additional play credits to entrants (including through referral or other promotional bonuses announced by the Operator from time to time); any such additional credits do not affect the identical base allocation and form part of the entrant's Play Stack for all purposes of these Official Rules. The availability, amount, eligibility requirements, conditions, and permitted use of any additional credits will be determined by the Operator in its sole discretion and communicated to entrants as applicable. The Play Stack is provided solely for promotional and leaderboard scoring purposes.

Gameplay, Scoring and Leaderboard: Eligible entrants may use their Play Stack to submit predictions relating to designated events during each Tournament Day. The Operator may, in its sole discretion, add, remove, suspend, replace, or modify the available prediction events at any time, including before or during a Tournament Day, where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, or regulatory reasons.

Official results for each event may be determined exclusively using data provided by the official third-party data provider(s) designated by the Operator. If the official data source subsequently corrects or revises any official result, the Operator reserves the right to adjust leaderboard scoring accordingly. Any outcomes resolve from the designated source and the Operator's determination is final. The Operator may void any prediction or market that it reasonably suspects was affected by manipulation, technical error, or integrity risk; voided predictions are excluded from all scores and metrics.

Scoring: An entrant's leaderboard score for a Tournament Day is the entrant's net credits won: the total play credits returned to the entrant from settled predictions minus the total play credits used to submit those predictions during that Tournament Day. Predictions that are cancelled, voided, refunded, or reversed do not count toward any score. Predictions placed before the close of a Tournament Day that settle after the close count toward that Tournament Day's score.

Winner Determination: At the conclusion of each Tournament Day, eligible entrants will be ranked according to the final leaderboard. The eligible entrant(s) occupying the applicable winning leaderboard position(s) will be deemed the potential winner(s), subject to verification. If fewer entrants qualify for a prize category than there are prize positions, the unawarded positions will not be awarded.

Memecoin Lineup Rules

Lineup and Voting Mechanics: Daily Tournament Lineup comprising no more than 10 memecoins which may include up to 8 All-Stars memecoins and up to 2 Underdog memecoins. During each Tournament Day, eligible entrants may access the designated submissions page to submit token contract addresses and cast a vote (one vote per day) for memecoins. Each entrant may submit one (1) token contract address per Tournament Day. If the same token contract address is submitted by more than one entrant, the earliest submission by timestamp shall be treated as the submitting entrant for all purposes. Submissions and votes may also be made during any pre-Promotion submission and voting window announced by the Operator, on the same terms as during a Tournament Day.

Deadline: All memecoin submissions and votes must be completed strictly before 23:00 ET each Tournament Day.

Token Eligibility and Removal: Only tokens launched on a launch platform or blockchain network that the Operator has designated an eligible source (each an "Eligible Source") are eligible for submission, as determined by the Operator from the Site's designated data sources from time to time. The Operator publishes the current Eligible Sources on the Site and may add, suspend, or remove any Eligible Source at any time. A token is identified by its contract address and the network on which it is deployed; tokens with the same or a similar name, symbol, or branding on different networks are different tokens. The Operator may, in its sole discretion, accept, reject, disqualify, remove, or replace any memecoin from the submissions page or the Lineup at any time, before or during a Tournament Day, including without limitation where the Operator suspects contract migration, liquidity removal, delisting or suspension by a designated data source, launch platform, or network, unavailability or unreliability of price data for the token, network or bridge disruption, market manipulation, impersonation, unlawful or infringing content, or any other conduct or event that in the Operator's judgment compromises the integrity or operation of the Promotion. If a memecoin is removed during a Tournament Day, all unsettled predictions on that memecoin's markets will be voided and the play credits used to submit them will be returned to entrants; settled results will stand; and the Tournament Day will otherwise continue. If a removed memecoin was an Underdog, the Operator may either promote the remaining Underdog or cancel that Tournament Day's promotion; if a removed memecoin was an All-Star, the Operator may either treat the removal as that Tournament Day's elimination or designate another memecoin as an All-Star. The Lineup may operate with fewer than 10 memecoins. Removal or replacement of a memecoin does not entitle any entrant or creator to any prize, payment, or claim. Any payment to a memecoin creator is conditional on the creator completing any verification requested by the Operator; a creator who is not an entrant participates only as a payee and acquires no other rights under these Official Rules. Memecoins displayed in the Promotion are third-party tokens submitted by the community or designated by the Operator from third-party sources. The Operator does not create, endorse, sponsor, review, audit, or verify any memecoin, launch platform, or network, and the appearance of a memecoin in the Promotion is not a recommendation, endorsement, or representation of any kind. The Operator is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any launch platform, blockchain network, exchange, or data source referenced on the Site, and any names or marks of such third parties are used solely to identify them. Entrants interact with third-party tokens entirely at their own risk.

Battle Mode: Up to 2 memecoins receiving the highest number of eligible votes during a Tournament Day will be designated as the Underdogs for the following Tournament Day, when Battle Mode runs for that full Tournament Day (01:00 ET to 23:00 ET). For the first Tournament Day, the opening Underdogs are the memecoins selected through the pre-Promotion submission and voting window announced by the Operator, and the opening All-Stars are designated by the Operator. At the end of Battle Mode, the Underdog that generates the highest Counted Volume is promoted to All-Star status, and the All-Star that generates the lowest Counted Volume is removed from the Lineup. "Counted Volume" for a memecoin means the total play credits used to submit settled predictions on that memecoin's markets on the Site during the Tournament Day, excluding volume from the memecoin creator's own account(s), from accounts sharing IP, device, or funding characteristics with the creator, and from any account voided for integrity reasons. Counted Volume is measured solely from the Site's own records; token prices and on-chain trading activity are not used. Ties between memecoins in votes or in Counted Volume are resolved in favour of the memecoin that reached the tied total first, as recorded by the Site. No Underdog selection occurs on the final Tournament Day.

Winner Determination and Prizing: At the conclusion of each Tournament Day, eligible entrants who submit a memecoin contract address that successfully secures a spot as an Underdog at the end of each Tournament Day (via voting from the entrant) will be deemed the potential winner (2 prize per day). Potential winners, subject to verification, are eligible to receive a prize in USDC equivalent to $480.

Prize Claim: Prizes will be automatically transferred directly to the winning entrant's connected, signature-verified wallet within 72 hours of the later of the Tournament Day's close or the winning entrant's completion of any verification steps requested under these Official Rules. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, blockchain transaction fees (if applicable), wallet compatibility requirements, or other costs associated with acceptance of the prize.

DAILY SIDE QUESTS

Promotion: Daily Side Quests

Entry Restrictions: Entry is open only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Participation is subject to all other eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. The Restricted Jurisdiction limitations applicable to the Daily Tournament apply to The Grinder Quest and The Smasher Quest.

Promotion Period: Starts at 01:00 AM ET on 14 September 2026. Ends at 11:00 PM ET on 21 September 2026. During the Promotion Period, The Grinder Quest and The Smasher Quest will each consist of 7 Tournament Days.

1. THE GRINDER QUEST

Quest Overview: The Grinder Quest recognizes entrants who actively participate throughout each Tournament Day.

How to Participate: Eligible entrants may participate by submitting predictions on designated markets made available on the Site during each Tournament Day. Each eligible prediction submitted during the applicable Tournament Day will count toward the entrant's total number of qualifying predictions.

Predictions do not need to be correct to qualify for this quest.

Winner Determination: At the end of each Tournament Day, eligible entrants will be ranked according to the total number of qualifying predictions submitted during that day. The entrant with the highest total will be selected as the potential winner, subject to eligibility verification. If two or more entrants submit the same number of qualifying predictions, ties will be resolved in accordance with the tie-break procedure set out in these Official Rules.

The Operator reserves the right to verify all qualifying results and to correct any scoring, ranking, settlement, or leaderboard errors before prizes are awarded.

2. THE SMASHER QUEST

Quest Overview: The Smasher Quest recognizes entrants who achieve the highest qualifying payout multiple from a single correctly settled prediction during each Tournament Day. This quest showcases the pari-mutuel payout mechanism, where a single successful prediction may generate a significant payout multiple.

How to Participate: Eligible entrants may participate by submitting predictions on designated markets made available on the Site during each Tournament Day. For each entrant, the highest payout multiple achieved from a single correctly settled prediction during the applicable day, as recorded by the Site following settlement, will constitute that entrant's qualifying result.

Predictions that are cancelled, voided, refunded, reversed, or otherwise determined by the Operator to be invalid will not be considered.

Winner Determination: At the end of each Tournament Day, eligible entrants will be ranked according to their highest qualifying payout multiple achieved during that day. The entrant with the highest qualifying payout multiple will be selected as the potential winner, subject to eligibility verification. If two or more entrants record the same highest qualifying payout multiple, ties will be resolved in accordance with the tie-break procedure set out in these Official Rules.

The Operator reserves the right to verify all qualifying results and to correct any scoring, ranking, settlement, or leaderboard errors before prizes are awarded.

TERMS OF ENTRY

These Terms of Entry form part of the Official Rules for the applicable Promotion. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms of Entry have the meanings given in the applicable Official Rules and the Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Entry and the applicable Official Rules, the applicable Official Rules shall prevail.

ENTRY

• Information on how to enter, eligibility requirements, winner selection, and prizes forms part of these Terms of Entry. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms of Entry, the applicable Official Rules, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.
• Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase or payment will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
• Entry is open only to persons who satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in the applicable Official Rules.
• Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, complete the following steps:
• Visit https://cade.market/ and follow the instructions to the Promotion registration page;
• Register using a valid email address and complete authentication through Privy;
• Connect a compatible Solana wallet;
• Sign a wallet message to verify entrant ownership;
• Confirm that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;
• Tick the box to confirm acceptance of the Terms and Privacy and the Operator’s Prize Eligibility;
• Accept the applicable Official Rules;
• Acknowledge that, if selected as a potential winner, the entrant must complete the verification process and respond within the specified timeframe in the applicable Official Rules; and
• Successfully complete the registration process.
• Each entrant must maintain only 1 account for purposes of participating in the Promotion. Multiple accounts, false identities, or any attempt to circumvent the entry process may result in immediate disqualification.
• Entries generated through multiple accounts or deceptive identities are prohibited and will be void.
• Entrants must not engage in collusion, exploit software bugs, manipulate leaderboard rankings, interfere with the operation of the Promotion, or otherwise attempt to obtain an unfair competitive advantage. The Operator reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct and disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has violated these Terms.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, fraudulent, or ineligible entries will be void and not eligible to win a prize.
• The Operator is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
• The Operator is not responsible for failures of internet services, communication networks, blockchain networks, wallet providers, or third-party authentication services that prevent participation in the Promotion.
• The Operator has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
• The Operator is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

WINNER VERIFICATION

• Potential winners will be determined in accordance with the applicable Official Rules.
• Before any prize is awarded, each potential winner must successfully complete the Operator's verification process, which may include identity verification, proof of residence, sanctions and PEP screening (if applicable), and wallet ownership verification and completion of any tax documentation required by applicable law. Potential winners must complete any requested verification steps within 72 hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, which may be awarded to the next qualified entrant on the applicable leaderboard. Where no leaderboard applies to a prize category, the Operator may award a forfeited prize to the next eligible runner-up determined under the applicable winner-determination provision, or leave it unawarded. A prize may be withheld or denied where a potential winner does not, in the Operator's determination, pass verification or screening. For the purposes of these Official Rules, notification means a message sent to the entrant's registered email address or displayed in the entrant's account, and is effective when sent. The Operator may withhold, suspend, or delay any prize transfer while it investigates suspected fraud, manipulation, use of multiple accounts, or any other breach of these Official Rules, and may disqualify the entrant and reallocate or withhold the prize based on the outcome of that investigation. The Site's records are conclusive for all scoring, settlement, ranking, and eligibility determinations, absent manifest error.
• Where required by applicable law, winners must complete and return any requested tax forms. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

PRIZE(S)

• Prizes will be awarded only after successful completion of the verification process.
• Digital asset prizes will be transferred only to a compatible Solana wallet designated by the verified winner.
• Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet information. The Operator is not responsible for transfers made to an incorrect wallet address supplied by the winner.
• The Operator is not responsible for blockchain congestion, validator failures, wallet software incompatibility, network outages, blockchain forks, delays in transaction confirmation, or failures of third-party wallet providers.
• No prize may be transferred, assigned, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted except at the Operator's sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
• Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and foreign taxes, duties, reporting obligations, blockchain transaction fees (if applicable), and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize.
• Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Official Rules, in the event of a tie for any prize-winning position between two (2) or more eligible entrants, the following tie-break procedure will apply: the potential winner will be the tied entrant who was first in time to record the tied result: for leaderboard scores, the entrant whose settled prediction first reached the tied score; for The Grinder Quest and The Smasher Quest, the entrant who first placed the relevant prediction; and for Underdog selection, the entrant with the earliest submission timestamp. The prize will be allocated solely to this entrant.

DISQUALIFICATION

The Operator may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who:

• violates these Terms of Entry, the Official Rules, or the Terms of Use;
• provides false or misleading information;
• fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements;
• fails to complete the verification process;
• uses multiple accounts or participates in or benefits from a coordinated network of accounts;
• tampers with the entry process or operation of the Promotion;
• engages in fraud, collusion, manipulation, or other conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion; or
• engages in abusive, threatening, unlawful, or disruptive conduct toward the Operator or other participants.

A disqualified entrant forfeits all pending and unawarded prizes, and any affected prize may be awarded to the next eligible entrant or withheld. If the Operator determines after a prize has been awarded that the recipient was not eligible, was disqualified, or violated these Official Rules, the Terms of Entry, or the Terms of Use, the recipient shall have no entitlement to the prize and may be required to return, refund, or otherwise make restitution of the prize or its equivalent value to the extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for and excludes all liability (including negligence), or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Operator’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Operator) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Operator; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the designated tournament is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Operator; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of any prize.

GENERAL

• The Operator’s decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the reasonable control of the Operator, the Operator reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Operator, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Operator may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to applicable regulation.
• The Operator may at its discretion amend any aspect of this Promotion or of these terms, subject to applicable laws. Material changes will be posted on the Site, and continued participation after posting constitutes acceptance of the change.
• The Operator may disclose personal information to its service providers, identity verification providers, sanctions screening providers, tax reporting providers, prize fulfillment providers, regulators, or governmental authorities where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.
